I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were the largest I've had in all the hotels I've stayed in, clean, and comfortable, with a classy decoration and a breathtaking view of Fuji. However, they had a dated charm but were very clean. The service was outstanding with wonderful staff who were polite and patiently gave us instructions to tour around Mount Fuji. The location was perfect to explore the area surrounding Mount Fuji, although a bit far from amenities. The dining experience was excellent with a full view of Mount Fuji, but it had limited options. Overall, a great value for money stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities I needed, super clean, and the sitting area was huge with 2 queen size beds. Although, it was a bit uncomfortable for us. The service was top-notch, with the staff being so comforting and excited about our trip souvenirs. The location was fantastic with stunning views all around, and the shuttle service made it very convenient. The dining was plentiful and very tasty, offering a wide selection of Western and Japanese cuisine. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
